Asylum
Asylum is given only to persons who have a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion. Social and economical difficulties do not qualify for asylum or a residence permit. Asylum seekers, whose claims are found to be groundless, will have to return to their home country immediately.
